Software Development Engineer (Python)

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing Python-based applications that automate our medical services, contributing to our innovative SuperNova Python framework, and supporting various projects through detailed technical analysis and documentation. 

Job description

As part of the SuperNova team, you help bring efficiency and automation to our internal case processing services by integrating research algorithms, ensuring they can interact with our case management system and work within our processes. In this position, you will work closely with researchers and process and service engineers

What you will do

  • Develop Python-based applications for medical services automation
  • Contribute to the SuperNova Python framework
  • Create and update development documentation (SDS)
  • Help the product owner and product manager define technical details for implementation
  • Contribute to project requirement analysis

Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Open to learning new things; comfortable with a wide variety of project topics
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent team player
  • 3D mindset
  • Experience with image processing (DICOM standard, etc.)
  • At least an intermediate level of spoken and written English
  • Strong interest in the medical field

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Linux and Docker
  • A good understanding of and experience with OOP
