Job description
En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en apportant un soutien technique aux commerciaux dans leurs interactions avec nos clients industriels. Votre mission consistera à comprendre les besoins spécifiques de nos clients et à élaborer des offres adaptées. Vous serez également responsable du traitement des commandes et du suivi direct des projets en collaboration étroite avec nos unités de production. L'objectif premier de votre fonction sera d'assurer la satisfaction optimale de nos clients. Le candidat idéal possède une formation en mécanique, plasturgie, ou une formation commerciale associée à un fort intérêt pour la technicité. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste. Votre pragmatisme et votre sens de l'organisation seront mis à contribution au quotidien pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations. L'intégration harmonieuse au sein de notre équipe existante nécessitera également une excellente aptitude relationnelle. Votre dynamisme et votre capacité de persuasion seront des atouts majeurs pour exceller au sein de notre société.

- Enregistrer les réclamations et, le cas échéant, définir des mesures correctives.

- Formation de base technique ou commerciale avec affinités techniques
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Capacité d'analyse
- Aptitudes à la communication
- Capacité à parler avec des personnes de différents niveaux, ouverture d'esprit et écoute active, attitude positive et constructive.
