Release Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Release Manager who will work within our internal IT Enterprise Application team and actively participate in transforming the internal application landscape from legacy to platform solutions, such as Salesforce, Finance, and Operations. As Release Manager, you will work with dedicated cross-functional teams across different locations.

What you will do

  • Create and maintain the release plan for enterprise applications, considering constraints of the enterprise environment
  • Develop and maintain release management processes for the enterprise applications releases
  • Manage release calendars and ensure alignment between business and technology needs
  • Coordinate release activities with external vendors/service providers/internal delivery teams
  • Implement and maintain release automation tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding release schedules, status updates, and deployment instructions

Your profile

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • 3 years in release management or a related role in IT
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with release automation tools such as DevOps Azure, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications is a plus
