Job description

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting all marketing communication activities throughout the customer journey. Working alongside two Marketing Managers and collaborating closely with Product Management and Sales, you’ll gain insights into developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. Your efforts will contribute to establishing our software solutions as the preferred choice for AM factories in the manufacturing industry. You’ll also work with our internal marketing and digital experts to create assets and deploy campaigns across various channels. This junior role is designed as a stepping stone for growth, with the aim of preparing you to become an autonomous Marketing Manager and a trusted marketing partner for our business lines.

What you will do

  • Support project management tasks in Scoro for Marketing Managers
  • Organize and coordinate webinars
  • Lead monthly newsletter and editorial meetings
  • Oversee Materialise Academy-related tasks in collaboration with corporate and services teams
  • Manage and drive engagement on SOCXO, our social media platform for employee advocacy
  • Act as the coordinator for events like Formnext
  • Coordinate demo models for product showcases

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, commercial sciences, marketing, or equivalent work experience; a master’s degree is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, preferably in an international B2B technology company (experience with software products is a bonus)
  • Strong ability to manage projects independently and take on increasingly autonomous responsibilities
  • Proven experience in influencing within a matrix organization and managing senior stakeholders
  • Independent and structured work style with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • A strong mix of strategic insight and hands-on operational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of customer journeys and campaign effectiveness evaluation is essential for future growth into a Marketing Manager role
