Job description

As an HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our talented workforce. You’ll be part of a collaborative and energetic team that’s dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging work environment. What you will do

  • Assist in onboarding, administer HR systems, and maintain personnel records
  • Provide employees with information about HR policies, benefits, and social regulations
  • Provide support in managing time and attendance administration
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and social legislation
  • Help build a workplace culture that inspires and empowers our team
  • Collaborate with HR specialists and managers on specific HR projects

Your profile

  • You have relevant administrative experience or/and you hold a diploma in office support, accounting, or a similar field
  • You are passionate about working with people and handle personal data and inquiries with discretion and care
  • You have a hands-on mentality, think along with the business, and are interested in increasing your analytical skills
  • As a proactive team player, you are flexible but can also work independently
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • MS Office 365 tools are familiar territory for you
