As an HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our talented workforce. What you will do
- Assist in onboarding, administer HR systems, and maintain personnel records
- Provide employees with information about HR policies, benefits, and social regulations
- Provide support in managing time and attendance administration
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and social legislation
- Help build a workplace culture that inspires and empowers our team
- Collaborate with HR specialists and managers on specific HR projects

Your profile
- You have relevant administrative experience or/and you hold a diploma in office support, accounting, or a similar field
- You are passionate about working with people and handle personal data and inquiries with discretion and care
- You have a hands-on mentality, think along with the business, and are interested in increasing your analytical skills
- As a proactive team player, you are flexible but can also work independently
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- MS Office 365 tools are familiar territory for you
