DevOps Engineer
As part of the pioneering Materialise Medical team, you will be responsible for implementing features and ensuring they meet rigorous medical software quality standards, resulting in a product that is used by hundreds of surgeons around the world.

What you will do
- Implement solutions to automate and improve development and release processes
- Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability, early detection of issues, and quick response to incidents
- Help develop cloud solutions, write documentation, and support software in production
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Сomputer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience building continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ideally with Azure DevOps; if not, then experience with GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with container tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python or shell scripting)
- Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable using project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Team player
Preferred additional skills
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, EKS, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development, especially with microservices architecture
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server, including system administration
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
