Delivery Manager (Salesforce)
We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the successful completion of Salesforce projects and initiatives within the organization. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors.
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and business analysts
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce development within the company
- Maintain comprehensive communication with IT and business stakeholders on planning, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks, including resource constraints and cross-technology challenges
- Ensure the right people with the right skills are in place
Your profile
- 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role in a software development environment, with 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects
- Hands-on experience in different delivery methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall)
- Experience managing teams of at least 5 members
- Strong experience in software project UAT organization and rollout for distributed locations
- Experience in change management
- Expertise in planning, and prioritizing conflicting requirements (balancing maintenance and new features)
- At least an upper intermediate level of English
- Willing to collaborate with the business and developers
- Critical thinking skills and detail-oriented
- Self-organized
