Job description
As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will contribute to advancing patient care by promoting FEops HEARTguide, an innovative cloud-based platform that enhances preoperative planning for structural heart interventions. This role combines your clinical expertise, networking skills, and passion for technology to help US hospitals adopt this cutting-edge solution. By building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting sales efforts, you'll play a key role in driving the commercialization of a product that empowers physicians to deliver better outcomes in structural heart procedures.
What you will do
- Assist in driving the sales of FEops HEARTguide in US hospitals through direct and indirect channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, IT staff, and resellers
- Support and follow up with reseller and medical device company field teams
- Support hospital account owners in managing the sales cycle from pre-sales (convincing new hospitals) to post-sales customer success (growing business in existing hospitals) with additional support from technical team members
- Monitor and document interactions in CRM, analyzing data for actionable insights
- Deliver product information to potential and existing customers
- Gather and report market feedback to improve sales strategies and product development
- Contribute to marketing efforts by providing case reports and relevant content
- Travel for field visits (up to 50% travel required)
Your profile
Educational background:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, business, or engineering
Professional experience:
- At least two years of experience working in a clinical environment with customer interaction, preferably in cardiac care
- Prior exposure to hospital sales or supporting clinical teams in adopting new technology
- Knowledge of cardiovascular imaging and structural heart procedures is a significant plus
Skills and competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network effectively and present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows and able to explain technical information to healthcare professionals
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Familiar with CRM tools and able to document and synthesize customer interactions
- Sales experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
