Instructions

Selecting and deselecting a part:

  1. Click on the part you want to select. It will turn white when selected.
  2. To deselect the part, click anywhere else in the scene. Alternatively, use the part list and check the box to select or deselect the part.
  3. To select multiple parts, click and drag over the parts or hold down the control key while clicking on each part.


Zooming in and out:

  1. Scroll up with your mouse wheel to zoom in and scroll down to zoom out.
  2. To pan, hold down the scroll button and move your mouse.


2D and 3D rotation:

  1. Hold the right mouse button and move your mouse inside the circle to rotate in 3D.
  2. Hold the right mouse button outside of the circle and move the mouse to rotate in 2D.


Move a part:

  1. Right-click the mouse button on the part to bring up the context menu.
  2. The context menu displays different options depending on whether you open it in the part or platform scenes


Customizing mouse inputs:

  1. Go to the 'Options & Help' ribbon, click 'Settings,' and then tick the 'Flip Mouse Wheel Input for Zooming' box.
  2. Go to the 'Options & Help' ribbon, click 'Settings,' and then adjust the size of the circle for the 2D and 3D rotation by changing the percentage in the 'Show rotation circle' option.
