Materialise Compare Masks Plugin
Comparing an automatic segmentation with a ground truth manual segmentation or validating a segmentation done by a new team member can be a time-consuming process. This plugin lets you quantitatively and visually compare two masks with ease.
This plugin is only compatible with Mimics Medical 25 or Mimics 25 and requires an active license.
