Automated measurements
CT images, 3D bones, and implants can be overlayed to increase usability and gain the necessary insights. CT images are automatically resliced to eliminate projection errors, and relevant measurements are automatically visualized.
Unique defect analysis
A pre-morbid reconstruction of the scapula using Statistical Shape Models (SSMs) helps quantify the vault loss and maximum erosion depth. In addition, it simulates the native joint line and gives input on the required lateralization.
Accurate assessment of the implant position
A correct implant position is a critical factor for glenoid implant longevity. Assessing the implant through 3D planning has shown to be a more accurate technique than 2D radiographs and unformatted CT scans.1
